 متحف حديقة الحيوان المتحف الحيواني في حديقة الحيوان بالجيزة، هو واحد من أقدم المتاحف ليس فقط بمصر ولكن في الشرق الأوسط، حيث تم إنشاؤه في عام 1906م.  ويتكون المتحف من 3 طوابق ويضم المعروضات التي تتعلق بدراسة تاريخ وعلوم الحيوان، منها الهياكل العظمية النادرة والنماذج المحنطة لمختلف أصناف الطيور والزواحف والحيوانات البرية، التي يعود بعضها للعام 1910م. ويوجد في المبنى نفسه قاعتان أحدهما تضم مجموعة علمية كاملة للطيور المصرية ومجموعات أخرى علمية من الزواحف والثدييات والقوارض خاصة بالأبحاث العلمية، والقاعة الأخرى تُنظم بها دورات تدريبية للطلبة والمُهتمين بالحياة البرية على يد متخصصين وذلك لرفع الوعي البيئي للحفاظ على الحياه البرية.   ويضم المتحف 1352 طائرًا محنطًا، و555 حيوانًا من الثدييات، و259 من الزواحف، و115 من الجماجم، و35 من الهياكل العظمية، و49 من الرؤوس وأقدم هذه المحنطات يعود إلى 100 عام مضت وهو عمر حديقة الحيوان بالجيزة.
