The new capital is located between (Greater Cairo and the Suez Canal region) near the regional ring road and the Cairo / Suez road, and the area is planned to be the seat of Parliament, the Presidency, and the main ministries, as well as foreign embassies, and the project also includes a major park and an international airport. The project is built on a total area of ​​170,000 feddans




Egypt has been for nearly 30 years in which no giant project has been completed, so it was necessary to work in a short time on the achievements of many and multiple projects in all fields in order for Egypt to make up for what it had missed in terms of achievements


In order to develop Cairo into a leading political, cultural and economic center for the Middle East and North Africa through a thriving economic environment supported by various economic activities and to achieve sustainable development to ensure the preservation of the distinctive historical and natural assets that Cairo possesses, and to facilitate living in it through an efficient infrastructure, An area of ​​170 thousand acres for the construction of the administrative capital east of Cairo


This is due to its distinguished location and proximity to the Suez Canal area, regional roads and main axes. The target population during the first phase of 10.5 thousand feddans is about 5 million people, in addition to 40 to 50 thousand government employees who are transferred to the new headquarters, with plans to increase the capacity to 100 thousand employees After the first three years


The project includes the two areas of the northern Mohammed bin Zayed gathering, the conference center, the exhibition city, and the government district and includes 18 ministerial buildings, a parliament building, a presidential institution building, a cabinet building, a residential neighborhood, a medical city, a sports city, a central park on an area of ​​8 square kilometers, a smart city and an entertainment city. And also real estate projects with multiple services and levels
