Camel

Camel

The camel / is an animal of the fingerless finger, from the camelidae family. It is famous for the fatty mass on its back called the hump, and camel hair is called lint

Beauty is divided into two types

The Arab Camel: It has one hump, and it lives in the regions of North Africa, the Great Desert, the Middle East and the Empty Quarter desert

Two-humped camels, who live in the Central Asian region

Camel, i.e. camels and camels. The male is related to the name of the camel and the female is for the name Nouq. A giant animal, strong body, lives in the desert. It can travel long distances through dry, burning deserts, content with little water and food. Beauty walks over soft sand easily and lightly

In addition, it can transport weights and luggage from one place to another where there are no roads and it is difficult to travel. Beauty also helps the person who lives in the desert in many other aspects of life. It was mentioned in the Noble Qur’an by saying, “Glory be to Him”: “Do they not look at camels how they were created

There are two types of beauty in the world: one is the one-humped Arab camel, and the second is the two-humped camel. In the past, people have used a hybrid of these two types in Asia on a large scale. This hybrid type of camel had two hips, one larger than the other, the larger the body, and more powerful than the two known species that descended from them

Camels with two years live in the high areas of Central Asia, and a wild herd of no more than a thousand camels lives in the Gobi Desert located in southern Mongolia and northern China, while Arab camels spread in India, the Middle East and North Africa, which are domesticated in these regions. About 25,000 of them live in Australia

There are researchers who believe that some animals of the camel family lived in North America 40 million years ago. And by the advent of the Ice Age, the camel had become a distinct faction from others, and it had also migrated through Alaska to Asia. In Asia, two groups separated and gradually became the two main species known today

Meanwhile, some small groups of camel factions have moved south from North and South America. And when the Europeans arrived in North America, it was clear that camels had disappeared from those spots for thousands of years, and the rest of them were no longer left, and no one knows how they disappeared from there

The world's camel population is about 18 million heads, the majority (about 16.5 million) of which are single-humped camels. Arab countries possess a large wealth of them estimated at about two thirds of their global population, most of them in Somalia, Sudan and Mauritania, but their numbers have decreased in the last decades of the last century in a number of Arab countries such as Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Algeria and Libya

This is due to several reasons, including the reduced use of the means of riding and transportation, even in difficult areas, and the exodus of a large number of breeders to the world. The continuation of this is likely to lead to the loss of this important species. In Syria, for example, the number of camels today does not exceed a few thousand, and many of them are imported to meet the local market’s need for their products

Camel was known as the desert ship in order to adapt it to living in the desert’s desert, in terms of grass and water
Adaptation of the camel to eat thorns and sane, as well as adapted stomach, and the hump is the natural place to store trans fats from its food surplus and is also suitable for keeping water within the composition of fats and grease
The eyes of the camel have also adapted to see the presence of dust, and their legs, with their slippers suitable for walking on the sand, because of their wide surface area
