Sheep

The sheep / herd of sheep, mentioned by the ram and the female sheep, is an animal known to man since ancient times, as it is also called the ram, which is the mention of sheep. Sheep are raised in homes, farms and ranches in flocks. Sheep wool and leather are used in the manufacture of clothes and shoes

Sheep are ruminant mammals, and there is hardly any pet either. Like other ruminants and hooved sheep walking on a pair of cetartiodactyla fingers it is very likely that European and Asian elk are descended. It is considered one of the first domesticated animals and it is highly recommended for its wool and meat. Sheep wool is the most used animal hair which is usually cut with shears (mowing). It may be considered one of the most important animals

Sheep were raised all over the world and played a fundamental role in many civilizations. Currently, Australia, New Zealand, Patagonia and the United Kingdom are the main areas devoted to livestock raising

Sheep are the main animal in the history of agriculture, and sheep greatly influenced human culture. Sheep are often associated with rural areas. He is present in many myths and major religions, especially the Abrahamic religions. Especially among Muslims, it is the preferred sacrifice on Eid al-Adha

The process of fattening sheep in the important economic and agricultural activities carried out by the breeder with the aim of obtaining a profitable material reward, as this fattening process can be likened to an integrated industry that works to convert fodder in its various forms into a final product in the form of fat sheep chunky with meat, using simple and available production methods locally

Sheep herds are infected with many parasites and diseases. Common diseases include decomposition of the feet and stomatitis. Sheep parasites also suffer from a disease known as scabies caused by ticks and mites

Itching, a viral disease, causes microscopic particles called prions. This disease is very similar to cattle disease known as bovine spongiform encephalitis. Predators and wolves often attack and kill sheep flocks
The New Zealand parrot of Kiia may attack its sharp, curved beak on sheep, and cause deep wounds that may turn into open sores

There are two different ways of caring for sheep: the first is raising them on pastures, and here the sheep are organized into large herds, each containing a number between 1,000 and 2,000 heads or more, and the sheep eat pasture grasses. The second way to raise sheep is by raising them on farms. The farmer raises thirty to a few hundred sheep on the walled plazas of the pasture. And in the winter they feed them the grains and the hay grown on the farm

Throughout history, sheep were generally raised in places far from cities and other populated places. This is for two main reasons: The first reason is that wool - compared to other products - has a great value in relation to its weight, as it does not spoil, and therefore it can be stored and shipped for long distances

The second reason is that sheep love to gather in flocks, and then they can be observed in large flocks in the empty land with little labor. Sheep herds can live without water for long periods of time, so farmers can raise sheep on dry plains

Australia is the world leader in sheep production and breeding, and the most important province in this area is New South Wales, which owns about a third of Australia's sheep, followed by the regions of Western Australia and Victoria. Australia is divided into three broadly defined climatic regions. In the drier inner rangelands, livestock and sheep graze, but without crops. It meets in the heavy rain zone, with farmers combining sheep farming with various other agricultural activities
